Last updated: January 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cappybara, LLC. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our platform at https://cappybara.pro (the “Platform”).

Cappybara is a creator support and content monetization platform. We provide tools for creators, authors, organizations, and service providers (“Creators”) to present their work and receive financial support from their audience (“Supporters”). We act as a platform intermediary and do not create or endorse Creator content.

  • Supporters: people who make a one-time payment, recurring payment, tip, donation, or purchase.

  • Name, username, email address, password (hashed), profile information you choose to add.

Creator verification and payouts (Creators):

  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
2.3 Payments information

Payments for card and wallet transactions are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. When you make a payment, you provide payment information directly to Stripe. 4. How we share information

4.1 With Creators and Supporters
  • If you support a Creator, we may share with the Creator certain details necessary to fulfill the support interaction (for example, your display name, message, support amount, and the email address you provide, if the feature is enabled).
